COVID-19 Update

Our team at Mountain Leisure Hot Tubs is watching closely and monitoring as the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic continues to change. The health and safety of our customers and employees is always our top priority, which is why we have made the decision to implement the following changes.

Store Hours & Availability: Appointment Only

We have decided to limit our store hours and availability. Our showroom will be open by appointment only. If you wish to schedule an appointment, please give our store a call or send an email. We have made this decision to limit the number of customers in the showroom at once, which will also give our team the opportunity to sanitize between each appointment. We are allowing only one set of customers in the store at once. Masks are mandatory when inside our showroom and physical distancing is encouraged.

Limited Product & Service Availability

For the time being, our product inventory is very limited. You can expect longer wait times and may be encouraged to pre-order your hot tub based on the inventory that is expected to arrive throughout the upcoming months. We are currently experiencing longer wait times for spa service and repair solutions, with some services being paused altogether. Contact our showroom to speak with one of our experts about your spa service needs and to schedule a future appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and aim to serve you the best we can.

Our Dedication to Health & Safety

The health and safety of our customers, employees and the general public is extremely important to us. In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, we must all do our part in taking additional precautions. Our showroom will be taking all precautionary measures in order to be following the guidelines provided by the CDC.

We will ensure that all counters, door handles, light switches, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, sinks, and all other surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected. Our team members have also been instructed and encouraged to wash their hands with soap and water frequently and for at least 20 seconds. In the case that washing hands is not an option, an alcohol-based hand sanitizer will provide a substitute.

Using Your Hot Tub

The CDC has verified that there is no evidence that the COVID-19 coronavirus can be transmitted through the use of a hot tub, so long as the spa has been provided with the proper operation, maintenance and disinfection with chlorine and/or bromine, which should effectively remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.
