We are a family-owned business, with our story going back to 1995. After apprenticing on the construction of the largest water park in the South, Charles went to work with one of America’s largest pool and spa retail chains. He started as an installer and eventually became manager of the installation departments for Greensboro and Charlotte. In 2006, the whole family moved to England to launch an American Manufacturer into the European Market and Vacation Rental Community. After returning to the States, we continued offering our services to dealers, manufacturers. and home hot tub owners. In 2010, we added the Vacation Rental market of Western North Carolina as part of our core focus.

The relationships we have built throughout the community and the industry encouraged us to open our retail location (which will open September, 2018). Charles, Suzanne, and their four children have been blessed to call Western NC home since 2008. For over 20 years, this has been a family affair with Charles and Suzanne working side-by-side and with all of their children contributing to the success and growth in different ways. We look forward to continuing to serve our previous customers and to our future customers, we look forward to meeting you to provide you with the best hot tub service available.


Why We Changed Our Name

With the addition of J&J Spa Services (a Charlotte-based spa service company) and the growth and trajectory of hot tub sales and maintenance, we felt that One Call Spa Services was no longer an accurate reflection of who and what we are as a company. When we started out 22 years ago in the hot tub maintenance and service business, our goal was to provide friendly, trustworthy, and accurate SERVICE to all the customers we served.  Due to our dedication and commitment to keeping those goals, we have established a large and happily satisfied customer base.  When those same loyal customers looked to replace their spas with a new or refurbished unit, they naturally wanted to deal with the same people they had trusted for years, so our business grew to include new and pre-owned hot tub sales.  We now not only continue to provide Service, but we also offer a whole lot more!

We carry three distinct lines of new spas from hot tub manufacturers we trust.  After years of servicing, we know a quality hot tub when we see one and we only carry top-rated hot tubs that we can stand behind 100-percent.  We also offer quality, refurbished hot tubs that we refurbish in our facility, and these are delivered and installed with a warranty.  We also offer hot tub maintenance service from twice-per-week service to once-per-year and everything in between for both vacation rentals and home hot tub owners.

So as we say goodbye to the name One Call Spa Services and start operating under our new name of Mountain Leisure Hot Tubs, we would like you to know that we are the same owners and we still have the same strong commitment to offering friendly, trustworthy, and accurate service as well as sales and maintenance to all of our customers.
